The system is consisting of four units:
- Carrier sprial
- Ration preparation and Feed supply Unit
- Crusher –Mixer and sack filling up Unit
- Sack weighing unit
1.Carrier sprial
The carrier sprial gets the raw meterial ( barley, maize, wheat, oats etc.) from the warerehouse and delivers to the Ration preparation Unit.
2.The preparation of ration and Feed Supply Unit
The preparation unit of ration weighs and transfers the rawmeterial to be involved in the ration on based of various quantity and quality upon estimated values preciously in to the system. This unit is programmable through the keys installed on the scale with the digital indicator that controls the load cells system pressed by four different points.
3.Crusher, Mixer and Sack Filling up Unit
The raw material transferred from feed supply unit is grinded semi finished product is transferred to the mixer unit. The mixer unit is used to obtain the hygienic feed by performing an homogenous mixing action once the additives such as mineral, vitamin , bone flour, marble powder etc, had been added in to the semi finished product.
The sack filler unit transfers such newly obtained feed out through the mixer part.
4.Sack weighing Unit
The weighing unit is used to obtain the products to be packed or sacked at standard weights once the feed had been transferred from the sack filler unit through a socket. The weighing unit with digital indicator is programmable through the combined keys.
