The K series pumps with horizontal shaft, multistage, closed impellers, diffusers, suction flange (PN 16) on horizontal axle, discharge flange (PN40) on vertical axle are middle and high pressure pumps.
In normal production, the coupling is settled discharge side. The rotation direction is clockwise as seen from the motor side.
The axial pushing force is balanced with the balance holes are drilled back side of the impellers. In the K series pumps, two greased ball bearings (6300 series) or in the high axial forces, double line ball bearings (3300 series) are used.
The K series pumps are suitable for the clean or little dirty water. Under the pumping liquid with hard matters circumstances, working life is getting shorter.
To unleakege of the suction and discharge stages are obtained with o-rings is never obstruct the axial movement. The body compenents are tied with the long tiebolts passing the out side of the body.
The pumps impellers are balanced in statically. All our pumps are carried out in hyrostatics preasure tested in over 1.5 times of the closed valve pressure.
